農心牛骨湯麵 Nongshim Beef Ramen》
很多人不知道辛拉麵其實是“韓國農心公司”旗下的一個品牌, 當時Mr. J 在韓國旅行是用“拉麵一把抓”的方式買各式各樣的拉麵, 一不注意就買到這款不辣的牛骨湯麵. 將牛骨粉包與青蔥蔬菜包依序加入泡麵中, 果然湯汁顏色就如韓國知名的神仙雪濃湯, 看似偏清淡但其實牛肉風味十足, 青蔥的提味也讓這款泡麵增加口感, 小編我一邊吃一邊自High說“喔摸 , 好好吃呦! ”

Different from Taiwanese Beef Ramen, the Nongshim Beef Ramen soup base is snowy white color and not spicy. Even though the soup broth seemed to be almost transparent, but the beef aroma is strong unexpectedly. Also, green onion is no longer a garnish. The green onion brings out more beef flavor. This beef ramen is absolutely delicious!
